This Privacy Policy describes how AtomSearch (“AtomSearch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

merchant or product team) enabling AtomSearch on your own site, this policy also explains our role as
a processor/service provider for your end users’ data.

AtomSearch is a search and discovery software provider for ecommerce.
This policy applies to visitors, customers, and end-users interacting with AtomSearch services. We rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation as bases for processing. We implement safeguards such as SCCs for transfers outside your region. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for our purposes and obligations. Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect such data. You may request access, correction, deletion, and portability under applicable laws. You may opt-out of marketing, manage cookies, and exercise rights via contact. We currently do not respond to DNT browser signals.
